Herman Lensing is an award-winning South African food writer and one of the country’s top food personalities. After qualifying as a chef at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Stellenbosch, he first stepped into the spotlight in 2009 when, at only 22, he was appointed food editor of the glossy magazine SARIE.
