#1 New York Times bestseller Milk and Honey is a collection of poetry and prose about survival. About the experience of violence, abuse, love, loss, and femininity. The book is divided into four chapters, and each chapter serves a different purpose. Deals with a different pain. Heals a different heartache. Milk and Honey takes readers through a journey of the most bitter moments in life and finds sweetness in them because there is sweetness everywhere if you are just willing to look.

"At age 24, Rupi Kaur has been called the voice of her generation." (USA Today), “Rupi Kaur has vision beyond her years … Her work is simply but powerfully expressed, and viscerally captures both universal human experience and the particular struggles of a young woman today." (Huffington Post), Rupi’s poetry is simple, relatable, gorgeous, and grounded in the everyday experiences of young women. (Rachel Grate, Hello Giggles), "A must-have poetry collection about healing and hope." (Bustle), Rupi Kaur's first book, Milk and Honey is the poetry collection every woman needs on her nightstand or coffee table. Accompanied by her own sketches, the beautifully honest poems read like the everyday, collective experiences of today's modern woman. (Erin Spencer, Huffington Post)

I've read this amazing book and was mesmerized by the depth of the analysis. I was not prepared for that. Reminiscent of the writings of Edward Said, Neville Alexander, Frantz Fanon, and Amilcar Cabral. It deconstructs the facade of the two-state solution and proposes an alternative one. Strongly recommended
I started reading the book and I didn't love it at first but as I read more, I started to really enjoy it. I think Holly Webb writes very creative books. I loved this specific book because I also like wildlife and saving animals.
Every page is magical. The characters, the story line. The author transports you into a world of magic and the powers it holds to alter life. I didn't want thisvery original story to end and be brought back to real life.
