How to link your existing Fanatics card to your EB Online account

Sign in here, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on the LINK YOUR CARD button.

ORDERS

Placing an order

Search for the items you would like to purchase and click ADD TO CART on the right-hand side of the relevant items. Once you have added everything you want to your cart, click on MY CART.

STEP 1: MY CART

Here you can view the items you are about to purchase. Once you have confirmed the items and quantities, click CHECK OUT to proceed.

STEP 2: CHECKOUT DETAILS

Here you can choose if you would like your order to be sent together or as items become available, and where you would like it to be delivered (either an address of your choice or any Exclusive Books store). Once you have filled in the required information, click PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

STEP 3: PAYMENT DETAILS

Here you can redeem any Gift Cards, Digital Vouchers or Fanatics Rewards you might have available. Once you have applied any available vouchers to your order, you can choose to pay for the remaining amount via Credit Card or EFT. If you choose Credit Card, enter the required information and click PLACE ORDER. If you choose EFT, the page will expand to show our banking details. Once you have made a note of these, click PLACE ORDER. You will now need to make the EFT payment via your online banking or at your nearest bank branch.

STEP 4: ORDER COMPLETE

Your order has been received. You will receive an Order Confirmation email, as well as a Payment Confirmation Email once payment is received.

Please note that in the case of EFT payment, customers have 7 working days to make payment and orders are only confirmed on receipt of proof of payment.
