      Cenk Temizel is an energy professional with 20 years of international experience in conventional and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs. He was a research assistant at Stanford University before joining the industry. He received his M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California and BSc from Middle East Technical University - Ankara.Ali Başer is the managing partner of Flux Energy Solutions, a firm focused on bringing coupled AI solutions to oil, gas, and geothermal firms. Having hands-on experience in both drilling and reservoir engineering aspects of the industry, he worked as an advisor to major geothermal energy companies in Türkiye, specializing in reservoir modeling, production, and injection optimization. Previously, he worked as a programmer for various firms, creating video games, desktop applications, and web applications. His research interests include machine learning-assisted reservoir engineering methods, time series analysis of production dynamics, and the usage of “serious games” as a training medium in the oil and gas industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, and an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Başkent University, Ankara.Onder Saracoglu is the Managing Partner at Flux Energy Solutions. He has 27 years of experience working on reservoir simulation, reservoir management, field development, and reservoir engineering studies with NOC, service companies, and international E&P companies in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. He has published numerous publications in reservoir and geothermal engineering.
