Having escaped Brazil, Nollywood actor Uche Mbadiegwu finds himself in Johannesburg, entangled in a web of crime, corruption and conspiracy. Here, in Johannesburg, a city plagued by crime, drugs and violence, Uche leads a busy life. He meets Professor Bern Steyn, a famous criminologist at the University of Johannesburg, who is writing a book about Czech criminal Radovan Krejcír. He gets acquainted with a Chinese businesswoman, Huan Lin Zhang, who typically meets up with Chuma Mpiga from the Department of Home Affairs at Mongkok Chinese Restaurant in Bruma every Friday, and Pastor Tim Cletus, a Nigerian self-anointed pastor and racketeer, who is secretly trafficking women. As a result, he becomes a mercenary and is hired by the Chinese to eliminate Cletus and by Indian loan sharks to physically harm those who fail to repay their debts. However, his actions exceed his expectations; he realises that staying one step ahead of the criminals is no easy feat, resulting in a conflict of interests.
