      Leslie Miller focuses her practice in the areas of complex retirement divisions and the preparation of qualified domestic relations orders. She is frequently retained by attorneys in the DC Metro area and beyond to assist in their complex retirement matters as co-counsel or expert witness. Jessica Markham is a family attorney in private practice based in Bethesda, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Ms. Markham has prepared hundreds of retirement court orders, and frequently consults on retirement issues. She has extensive trial experience but advocates settlement over the adversarial process of litigation and is also trained in collaborative law.
