Easy Origami for Kids

Easy Origami for Kids is a wonderful introduction to the incredible Japanese craft of paper-folding, with 35 fun projects that are sure to impress family and friends.Origami is a great first craft for young kids to try alone – it only requires paper and doesn't use any sharp objects or messy materials – and with Easy Origami for Kids, children can learn how to make all sorts of origami models, from amazing animals and things that fly to dazzling decorations and gorgeous gifts. All the projects are broken down into clear, illustrated steps, demonstrating every fold, and there are helpful arrows showing which way to fold the paper. There are also skill ratings for each project, so children can start with an easy project and then move on to something a bit more challenging as their origami skills improve, until they are easily impressing friends with their paper-folding creations.

The projects in this book are designed by several successful craft authors, including Mari and Roshin Ono, Catherine Woram, Clare Youngs, Emma Hardy and Fiona Jones.
