Grown-ups are Hard Work!

It's Monday morning -- and time for Sidney to take Dad to work. Except, Dad doesn't want to go. He's got a funny feeling in his tummy. Maybe he should just stay home instead...Sidney reassures Dad that he's just got a case of the Monday jitters. On the way to the office Sidney helps Dad find a very important folder and reminds him to pick up treats for his work friends -- looking after grown-ups can be so difficult! Soon Dad's jitters melt away, and he realises going to work might actually be a lot of fun! This warm, gently humorous role-reversal story will have children and grown-ups giggling in recognition. Erik Wennstam's fun and funny tale of family life is vividly captured by Julia Hansson's bright and bold illustrations. Perfect for anyone who's ever wanted to hide under the duvet come Monday morning!
