Year of the Dog

Dogs are thrilled to spend any time at all with their owners, even if that means going on the same walk every day and sitting on a lap to watch television every evening. But a dog’s endless loyalty, love and friendship deserves so much more. The Year of the Dog invites you to inject fun, excitement and variety into your dog’s life. From yoga to waltzing, cinema trips to canoeing, massages to IQ games, you will find hundreds of activities to help you spend more quality time with your best friend.Playful, practical, informative and joyful, The Year of the Dog features games, themed walks, recipes, crafts, day trips and holiday ideas, and is a thank-you to beloved dogs everywhere.

Deana Luchia has been in awe of dogs for as long as she can remember. She has never walked past one without saying hello and can often be seen running across roads to intercept a terrier or bichon frise. She lives in London with her dogs, Dottie and Pippa, and her partner, Chris, and when not writing fiction and magazine features, teaches creative writing classes, normally with a dog on her lap.
