Jointly they have more than 200 years' experience in these fields. Tony Collins has been involved variously with the construction, real estate and banking industries for more than 40 years. Tony holds a master's degree in quantity surveying and an honours degree in real estate. He is a registered quantity surveyor and associate valuer, and an internationally known speaker and author. Valmond Ghyoot has been involved with the construction and real estate industry for more than 40 years. He holds a doctorate specialising in real estate, a masters degree focusing on project management and a bachelors degree in construction. He is a registered valuer and is an internationally known speaker and author.
