Stephen Clear FRSA, SFHEA, LLM (Res), LLB (Hons), PGCertHE,is a Lecturer in Constitutional and Administrative Law and the Lead for Law atBangor University in North Wales. He started his career in the Clerk's Officeat a Chancery Lane (London) based Barristers' Chambers, before moving to HigherEducation teaching. He has led Legal Skills, Legal Research Methods, andMooting modules since 2011. His research concerning legal education won the2017 Association of Law Teachers' Stan Marsh prize, and he has been publishedby leading international journals (including in the Netherlands, France, Spain,and India). He is the author of leading reference works published by Sweet andMaxwell (Thomson Reuters)and is a Consultant Editor for Halsbury's Laws of England (Lexis Nexis).
