"A French language book, though even if you are not a French speaker, I think the photographic content of this new Heimdal title will interest many modellers. The archive photos, along with modern day pictures showing actual uniform, plus colour artwork make this a good resource for any modeller interested in the Blitzkreig of the French Campaign in 1940.The text takes you through the detailed stories of the various tanks and AFVs used by the French Army in 1940, with details and some colour profiles of the different tanks. It then takes you through a detailed text for the main armoured units, followed in the second half by the Cavalry units and their experiences. Each unit is covered, with their combat story during the period covered by the book."-- "Military Modelling"
