This book is a guide for those who lead, design, and contribute to (business) organizations. Our organizations are being redesigned, as we speak. This begs the questions, who is doing the redesigning, based on which assumptions, and how do we even conceptualize these design choices? By clearly distinguishing normative, strategic and operational design choices, this book illuminates the role of human decision-making in our organizations; even as technology is configuring so much of our infrastructure. Taking a game science perspective, the authors create a new organizational paradigm; one that is uniquely suited to foster human collaboration and co-creation.
