She has her honours degree in Graphic Design from the North-West University’s Potchefstroom campus, and she illustrates mostly children’s books and designs covers for young adult novels. She has received several awards for her work (two ATKV Woordveertjies as well as an Exclusive Books / IBBY SA award in 2017).
