Elli Woollard is a unique talent who started writing stories after an embarrassing incident in which her youngest son broke Michael Rosen's glasses. In addition to picture books, she also writes children's poems. Her snappy rhymes, catchy rhythms and witty stories are sure to make her a huge success. She is the author of The Giant of Jum and The Dragon and the Nibblesome Knight, illustrated by award-winning Benji Davies and The Great Gran Plan, her first book with illustrator Steven Lenton. She has also beautifully adapted Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories, illustrated by Marta Altes. Elli lives in London with her four children, her husband, two guinea pigs and a cat.Steven Lenton is a multi-award-winning illustrator, originally from Cheshire, now working from his studios in Brighton and London with his dog, Big Eared Bob.
