'A powerful way to break even the most stubborn bad habit so you can live the life you deserve.' Steven Bartlett, The Diary of a CEO, The moment I met her I immediately knew she was the real deal. She just gets it. She's a sobering, safe and sassy presence in a world of extremes., Shahroo's dynamic and compassionate approach to an entrenched and sometimes scary drinking culture is refreshing, non-judgmental and feels like a very contemporary approach to talking about alcohol., Aside from my own experience of Shahroo's superb work, the greatest testament is that our clients keep requesting more and more of her invaluable experience, insights and strategies to successfully manage their emotional wellbeing., That's what Shahroo does. Gets me to ask fundamental questions with a kindness and compassion I normally reserve for others.
Shahroo Izadi is a Behavioural Change Specialist. She was featured in the Pool in a personal series of articles with journalist Marisa Bate, who went to Shahroo for help in looking at her alcohol use. Almost overnight, Shahroo’s private practice had a months long waiting list and she was inundated with press requests. Just after this, Shahroo’s ‘Changing Habits’ course at the School of Life was advertised and it sold out for the rest of the year. Shahroo spoke on a panel at the Women of the World Festival at the Southbank Centre and has worked with BBC Radio 1, Red magazine, the Telegraph and Psychologies.Shahroo is a support group facilitator and therapist at Amy's Place, a recovery house for women set up by The Amy Winehouse Foundation and a Senior Consultant for Emerging Horizons delivering professional development training and advisory services for leading health and social care organisations including the NHS and CGL. She has also worked alongside MIND and the Migrant Resource Centre. The Kindness Method is her positive guide to changing habits.

I totally love the cook book. It has beautiful, tasty and easy to follow recipes. The pictures that she added tell a beautiful story and are the cherry 🍒 on top for me. It is a beautiful and colourful book just like Chef Nti. It is totally worth buying
The book was well written and gave me an insight of who God is and what God can do through the narrated life story of Rorisang. It was a beautiful read.
