Holly Bathie (Author) Holly Bathie grew up in Devon, where she spent all her time reading. Until the age of seven she wanted to be an acrobat, a lollipop lady, a lawyer or a comedienne. Then she decided on the best job: creating Usborne books. She lives and works in Oxford.Jane Bingham (Author) Jane studied English at Exeter and Art History at York. She has worked on various Usborne dictionaries, encyclopaedias and learning books, and her edition of the Usborne Illustrated Dictionary was awarded a prize for a significant contribution to children's literacy. She has two sons and three stepsons who are now scattered across the globe. She gets a huge thrill from seeing her books on sale when she travels to the USA and Australia.Caroline Young (Author) Caroline read English at Cambridge University and taught English in Greece and the UK before joining Usborne as a writer and editor. She has written books about a huge variety of subjects, for all ages, and believes it's one of the best jobs in the world. Caroline lives and works on Anglesey in North Wales.Hannah Watson (Author) Hannah Watson has wonderful memories of staying above her grandma's bookshop as a child, sneaking down after closing time to look through the children's books. This love of books translated into studying English and French literature at Durham University and The Sorbonne in Paris. She joined Usborne Publishing after graduating in 2015, and cherishes the thought that some of her books can now be found by curious children on bookshop shelves.
