He received a merit services award from the Hiking Federation of Southern Africa for his exceptional services to the hiking community.Tim Lundy is an accredited mountain guide, trail designer and a volunteer with Wilderness Search and Rescue. He is the author of Family Walks in Cape Town and co-hosts hiking talks on Cape Talk radio.
