Gritty, scary, truthful are the few words I have to describe this piece of work. One cannot imagine this happening under our noses. Excellent writing.
Emma van der Walt is the founder of Brave to Love, a South African organisation actively opposing human trafficking. She dedicates her life to the rescue and rehabilitation of this industry’s victims. Emma gave her life to Jesus at a young age. Her training and involvement with the church resulted in her becoming a pastor at the age of 25 and serving in the ministry alongside her husband for many years. After the birth of their third child she had a radical encounter with God which resulted in her work moving from the church to the streets. Here she began to minister to women caught up in prostitution and human trafficking. Emma reaches out to young girls in dark places and situations and work with volunteers to bring hope and freedom to these women. She works alongside local and international law enforcement agencies to prosecute the traffickers. Emma plays the violin and ukulele on occasion, and resides in Pretoria with her husband and children.

I totally love the cook book. It has beautiful, tasty and easy to follow recipes. The pictures that she added tell a beautiful story and are the cherry 🍒 on top for me. It is a beautiful and colourful book just like Chef Nti. It is totally worth buying
The book was well written and gave me an insight of who God is and what God can do through the narrated life story of Rorisang. It was a beautiful read.
