For the past 18 years, Jan has been at the head of the National Braai Day initiative, aiming to unite all 60 million South Africans around fires on 24 September every year. During this time, Jan acquired two MBAs: his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town and his Masters in Braai Activities from the University of Life.
