Saori Okada describes herself as having a New Yorker’s mind with a Japanese soul. Her mission is to empower people’s holistic wellbeing by simplifying wellness, decluttering people’s lifestyles and sharing her cultural wisdom. Raised in a family of healthcare professionals, her passion for wellness deepened after overcoming ‘an unhealthy obsession to be healthy’, when she realized health goes beyond the body. Saori is a Certified Transformation Nutrition Coach (CTNC), having trained at the Institute of Transformational Nutrition in the US, and blends her Japanese upbringing with her professional experience to lead Mogami Ltd – a London-based wellness company rooted in five core Japanese principles for longevity and balanced living. She also holds a BSc in Commerce from the University of Virginia and previously spent over seven years in marketing and media analytics in NYC and Toronto.
