Ellie and James Richards, originally from west London, UK where they met over 36 years ago, deem themselves to be an adventurous couple in many facets of life. After several years together in the UK, they changed direction and, along with their children, started anew life in Florida USA. Following this a few years later, was their final destination to date in sunny Andalucia in southern Spain (one of Rick Stein's favourite foodie countries!).This has enabled them to delve into multiple food cultures along the way from Europe to the USA, from Turkey to Greece and beyond.
