Much more than a drink, wine is a real myth, with one millenary history, a very rich tradition and a vast and articulated system culturally, both as regards its production and its own consumption. This volume traces the ancient history of wine, describes the salient features and offers an overview of the main varieties. Tips and tricks on how to savour each bottle, how to capture the different nuances of the bouquet of structure, how to distinguish the different qualities and how to combine them with table: an essential book for aspiring sommeliers or simply wine lovers.
