Tokyo Ghoul is a Japanese mange series written and illustrated by Sui Ishida. It is a dark fantasy manga series that follows Ken Kaneki, a college student transformed into a half-ghoul after encountering a ghoul. In this universe, ghouls exist among humans and can only survive by eating human flesh. Ken must now navigate the complex social and political dynamics of humans and ghouls while struggling to maintain his humanity.
