      Isabel Otter (Author) Isabel Otter is a children's book editor and writer. When not writing, you can find her climbing mountains in muddy boots, squirrelled into an armchair with a novel and a cup of tea or tending to her potted plants.David Semple (Illustrator) David Semple was born in the North East of England in the early 70s. After studying illustration, he enjoyed a stint working in the TV and Film industry in London painting latex puppets & prosthetics! Since then, a pencil has never been far from his grasp and he has designed and illustrated characters for an impressive range of clients across the globe. He lives in York with his designer wife Kate, their three children, and Olive the dog.
